As we kickstart our first Musashi Monday, I want to highlight this powerful message from the legendary Samurai, Miyamoto Musashi. These words speak volumes about the importance of humility, understanding, and maintaining a broad perspective. Even with the mystic feel of hearing anything from Musashi it still feels to me like the original version of “the subtle art of not giving a f*%$.” And these stoic lessons are especially relevant to us as we navigate the challenges of the modern day business landscape. As I start my new venture I keep reminding myself to

- Stay Consistent and Connected to Reality
- Never allow my personal work to be hurried or rushed
Embarking on this journey alone might seem daunting, but the Stoic perspective teaches us to embrace the challenge and to draw strength from within ourselves. The path might be tough, but it’s in walking it that we learn, grow, and ultimately find success.
So, this week, let’s aim to think deeply about the world around us, remain humble in our endeavors, and draw upon our inner strength to face any challenge that comes our way. After all, we’re all walking this path together.
